We want you to be obsessed with your KASH Beauty products, but if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return period for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been swatched or used.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team at support@kashbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your beauty products in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as KASH Beauty is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
